Frequently Asked Questions

We aim to process your order within three working days. Domestic delivery takes 2-3 days, so in total, please allow 5-6 days to receive your stencil. We are working on a next day service.

International orders can take anywhere from 7-30 business days to arrive depending on how long it takes to pass through customs.

Please be aware that Hermes and Royal Mail are third party services, and as such we cannot be responsible for shipping delays.

Please contact us within 14 days if you wish to return your stencil. Please contact us prior to sending the stencil so we can discuss your return. Returns must be received within 28 days. 

Stencils must be returned unused, undamaged, and unopened.  We cannot issue a refund or exchange the item until we receive the original stencil from you. You should use the original packing (or similar), and stencils must be returned rolled. Please do not fold or crease the stencil

Once we have received your stencil we will issue a refund to your card or PayPal account for the full amount minus shipping charges and 10% restocking fee. Please allow 2 weeks for the refund to be processed.

If you think that your package might be lost in transit, please get in touch via our web page or info@stencilup.co.uk.

If your stencil is damaged or otherwise defective, please contact us for a full refund, including shipping fees. A return label will be emailed to you and this must be used within 7 days. Alternatively, you may request a replacement stencil.

We aim to process orders within three days. Once you have received an order confirmation email, we are unable to change your order. 

If your stencil has been shipped, we cannot make any changes.

If you would like to add an additional stencil to your order prior to shipping info@stencilup.co.uk as soon as possible for as the free delivery code. Again, if your order has been shipped, we will be unable to add another stencil to the order.

If your order has not been processed, then you may cancel your order for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

If your order has been already processed, you will need to wait to receive your stencil and then return it to us. In accordance with our refund policy, there will be a 10% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping fees.
